Some of my favorite childhood memories were concerts with Willie and Linda Lacey Trader. Willie even had the good sense to give my first boyfriend the ” You break her heart speech.. at a concert backstage.” He was right about him, lol.
Twenty years later I still remember the exchange!
It is sad that my godmother passed away so young as did her wonderful husband but I can still listen to his songs and remember. Keep creating the fantastic music, it seems to keep you young!

  2. A fan forever, Willie.

Enbridge, a Canadian conglomerate recently held up as an industry model of what NOT to do, is trying to do an end run around Keystone XL. They’re proposing two huge pipelines in northern MN–through the Mississippi Headwaters and Minnesota’s cleanest lakes. The Mississippi is the drinking water source for millions. We need you as much as Jane does. How about it? You could sing that old JRodger’s song “Miss the Mississippi and YOU.”

A pipeline tour for you and Neil? How can I help?
